A Message from Our Partner – Ontario Nature
During the recent Ontario election, voter turnout was again low at just 45%. Voter turnout during the 2021 federal election was 62.6%. While better, we’d like to boost that federal percentage. There is a lot going on around the world and many things to be concerned about. That is precisely why it is so important to engage in the democratic process.
Besides voting, be sure to:
Encourage your family, friends, coworkers and neighbours to get involved and vote!
Speak out on social media by sharing our Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram content..
Attend debates.
Learn to identify mis- and dis-information and stop its spread.
Ontario Nature will share information on the positions of all major federal parties related to nature if and when they become available.
